Conference Venue
The 2026 Engineers and Geoscientists BC Annual Conference and AGM will be held at the Victoria Conference Centre (VCC) in Victoria, British Columbia. Guests and delegates will be able to enjoy the many restaurants, attractions, and amenities that Victoria has to offer.
The Victoria Conference Centre is honoured to be based on the ancestral territories of the Lekwungen (LEK-wun-gen)-speaking peoples of the Songhees (Song-eeze) Nation and Xwsepsum (ko-sap-sum) Nation, whose historical relationships with the land continue to this day.
Accommodations
A special conference delegate rate at the Fairmont Empress in Victoria is available starting from $299 per night, plus applicable taxes and fees. Rates are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out prior to the room block cut-off date. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred room.
